• Last 2 years of T1 General (complete NOT summary)
• Last 3 months of all bank Statements (Please make sure ownership of account is visible)

If You Currently Own Property

• Current Mortgage Statements
• Current Property Tax
• Lease / Rental agreement(If applicable)

If Self-employed/Business:

• Article of Incorporation OR Master Business License
• Financial Statements
• Business Bank Statements (6 months with visible account ownership)
• Business Tax Documents last 2 years
